This Course welcomes anyone who is new to yoga, or for those returning to practice after time away, recuperating from an injury, or just want to reinforce the basics of your practice this Beginner Series will benefit you.
You will learn learn a detailed understanding of the architecture of the poses, as well as the underlying philosophy of the yoga practice. You will be able to take these tools that you will learn to enhance your yoga practice.
You will gain a basic understanding of the language of the practice and most importantly you will learn to control your actions and to steady your body, your breath and your mind.
